According to federal guidelines, the School Bus endorsement allows drivers to drive a commercial motor vehicle used to transport pre-primary, primary, or secondary school students from home to school, from school to home, or to and from school sponsored events. Everyone who operates under this definition must have the proper class CDL with a P and S endorsement.
